How to place your free ad

Save as a TIF file at 150 DPI

Picture Quality: use plenty of light, no shadows. Have the background be a different color then the item you want to sell. We don’t need to see all the area around the figure, just the figure. Stay close. You are allowed two pictures. Take a full shot (notice the "look space"), then a close up. For the close up, just don't "zoom in" with the aid of your camera lens, you should actually walk in close for a close up. You will need to refocus for this shot. If you are shooting an animal, you will want to give it: look space. This means there is a little more space between the end of the face and the end of the picture frame. The back of the animal has less space.

For the best results, find a professional photographer with a digital camera. The photographer will put them onto a 3 1/2 inch disc formatted for IBM. Then mail us the 3 1/2 inch disc in a protective envelope.

Next best is the negatives or transparencies (taken by a professional). Take them to a photo lab and have them transferred onto a 3 1/3 disc formatted for IBM. If we do it, we will charge you $15.00 per picture. Then mail us the 3 1/2 inch disc in a protective envelope.

Third best is good, large photographs. Take them to a photo lab and have them transferred onto a 3 1/3 disc formatted for IBM. If we do it, we will charge you $15.00 per picture. Then mail us the 3 1/2 inch disc in a protective envelope.

Forth best is a picture from a magazine or brochure. Take them to a photo lab and have them transferred onto a 3 1/3 disc formatted for IBM. If we do it, we will charge you $15.00 per picture. Then mail us the 3 1/2 inch disc in a protective envelope.

Send us all the information you have on the item. If there are any certificates of authenticity, have them transferred onto the disc as well. Send everything that might help a consumer have confidence to purchase your item. We collect 5% of the sale price.
